Two-level, comfortable apartment for 8 people, located on the 3rd floor in the closed Stroma complex. The complex is located 800 meters from the PKP/PKS station, 50 m from the public transport and bus stop, 300 m from markets, restaurants, pharmacy and a 15-minute walk from Krupówki. At your disposal is a parking space in the garage (heated in winter) and a parking space on the premises of the complex (no guarantee of space). The 80 m2 apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a children's corner.
Rooms:
Living room : large table, 8 chairs, fold-out corner sofa for 2 people, coffee table, fireplace, wardrobe, 47'' LCD TV, DVD, hi-fi equipment, iron and ironing board. It is possible to connect your own digital TV decoder, e.g. Polsat
Kitchenette : kitchen unit with hob, dishwasher, washing machine, sink and fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, tableware for 8 people
Bedroom 1 : double bed, shelves, LCD TV
Bedroom 2 : two single beds that can be joined together, wardrobe, bedside table
Bedroom 3 on the second floor : two single beds, built-in cupboard
Bathroom 1 : shower cabin, toilet, washbasin, large cabinet, mirror, dryer, step and cover for children, towels
Bathroom 2 on the second level: toilet, washbasin, built-in cabinet, mirror.
Children's corner on the second floor: table with chairs, toys
Important information:
- We accept pets. An additional fee of PLN 40/day/pet applies.
- The building is monitored and protected
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment
- The resort fee is charged on site at PLN 2 per person for 1 day of stay.
- On the day of arrival, please contact the resident to arrange your arrival time.
