Apartment no. 20 is located in a newly built complex of four intimate buildings in the center of Zakopane. The buildings are located in the historic part of the city, at the oldest Kościeliska Street. Their architecture refers to the regional style of Podhale. Exclusive apartment with an area of 50 m2, is located only 600 m from the famous Krupówki, 900 m from the Szymoszkowa ski station, 140 m from the grocery store and 50 m from the bus stop. On the premises there is a public grill with a roof, a playground and a SPA zone equipped with a Sauna and Jacuzzi. The apartment has a parking space next to the building. The modern apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It consists of a kitchen connected to the living room with 2 double sofa beds measuring 180x200 cm, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a hall and a bathroom with a shower. The living room and bedroom have an exit to the balcony.

Living room: coffee table, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, TV, two fold-out sofas for 4 people, table top and a set of 4 chairs.
Kitchenette : modern kitchen unit with fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and sink, hood. Equipped with kettle, pots and pans, tableware for 7 people, capsule coffee machine (the kitchenette is not equipped with capsules)
Bedroom : double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers, single bed and armchair.
Hallway: shoe shelf, two large wardrobes for outerwear.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, cabinet, mirror, bathroom radiator, dryer, towels, washing machine.
2 x Balcony: lounge furniture set.
Parking: 1 parking space in the underground garage
