On the premises there is a public grill with a roof, a playground and a SPA zone equipped with a sauna and Jacuzzi. The apartment has a parking space in the garage. Modern apartment with a touch of regional style consists of a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a hall, a bathroom and a large balcony (equipped with a table with chairs) from which there is a beautiful view of the Tatra Mountains panorama. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Living room: coffee table with pouffe, TV, fold-out sofa for 2 people, table top and set of 5 chairs, armchair.
Kitchenette : modern kitchen unit with fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and sink, hood. Equipped with kettle, pots and pans, tableware for 6 people.
Bedroom 1 : double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 : two single beds, spacious chest of drawers, bedside table with lighting, TV.
Hallway: shoe shelf, wardrobe for outerwear.
Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, cabinet, mirror, bathroom radiator, hairdryer, towels.
