Exclusive apartment with an area of 32 m2, located only 600 m from the famous Krupówki, 900 m from the Szymoszkowa ski station, 140 m from the grocery store and 50 m from the bus stop. On the premises there is a public grill with a roof, a playground and a SPA zone equipped with a sauna and Jacuzzi. The apartment has a parking space in the garage. The modern apartment is located on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen connected to a spacious living room with separate sleeping areas (double bed and fold-out sofa), bathroom with shower and hallway. The living room has direct access to the garden with a table and chairs. The cozy apartment is ideal for families with children. Parents relax in the apartment and outside the windows you can see the kids playing on the playground.

Living room : large table, 4 chairs, TV, sofa bed for 2 people, double bed, bedside table with lighting, spacious built-in wardrobe.
Kitchenette : modern kitchen unit with fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and sink, hood. Equipped with kettle, pots and pans, tableware for 4 people, capsule coffee machine (the kitchenette is not equipped with capsules)
Bathroom : shower, toilet, washbasin, cabinet, mirror, bathroom radiator, hairdryer, towels.
Terrace : lounge furniture set.
